We’ve come a long way. But progress is not guaranteed, and it’s not fast enough.

Women are still three times more likely than men to leave the workforce due to caregiving demands. Thousands of women are stepping back or dropping out of the labor force entirely. And in a so-called post-pandemic recovery, too many policies are pushing women out, not pulling them in.
