United WE Welcomes Heidi Dillmann as Chief Development Officer
Experienced development leader joins executive team to strengthen donor partnerships and fuel the next chapter of growth.
(Kansas City, MO) – United WE is pleased to announce the appointment of Heidi Dillmann as Chief Development Officer (CDO). In this role, she will lead United WE’s national fundraising strategy, donor engagement efforts, and philanthropic partnerships as the organization continues to expand its impact and reach. Dillmann will oversee development initiatives that support United WE’s mission to eliminate systemic barriers and create pathways for women to thrive economically and civically.

With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit development and fundraising leadership, Dillmann has built a reputation for securing transformational gifts, fostering meaningful donor relationships, and creating innovative strategies that drive sustainable growth. Throughout her career, Dillmann has partnered with various foundations, corporations, and community leaders to deliver measurable impact.

Dillmann holds a Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration & Student Affairs from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
